If it's HELPFUL, USE IT! When you see someone achieving their dreams, let it ignite a fire in you. Say to yourself, ""If they can do it, I can too!"" 🚫 But, if it's HURTFUL, DISCARD IT. Don't let negative comparisons bring you down. Remember, you're in competition with only one person - YOURSELF!
